M'apprêtant à vivre à l'étranger pour une petite année, je mets en (co)location mon appartement entièrement rénové de 2024 à 2025.

A 1km du CEA.
Idéalement situé à deux pas de la gare (Croisement de la rue Jean-Macé et du quai de la Graille) et sans vis à vis (vue imprenable sur la Bastille côté Mont Jalla !).

- Situé au 1er étage
- Toutes charges comprises (Energie, eau, frais de copro, internet fibre..)
- Entièrement meublé et équipé de tout l'électro-ménager (sauf Lave Vaisselle)
- Garage peut-être loué également

Disponible dès début mars en colocation ( avec moi :) ), je quitterai Grenoble courant avril.
Une mise en location complète sans colocation peut aussi être discutée.

I am leaving Grenoble to live in a foreign country for about a year. It leads rent out my very recently fully renovated flat (2024-2025).
Ideally located,it is right by the train/bus station, and giving a stunning view on the Bastille with no building opposite. It's only a kilometer away from the CEA.

First floor.
The rent will include all charges (Energy, water, optic fiber...)
The flat is fully furnished including oven, washing machine, vacum cleaner and so on.
Please just note that it's not equiped with a dish washer.
A garage can be rent out as well

The flat is available for rent from march in shared accommodation (with me :) ). I'll be leaving in April, leaving the flat for all yours !
If preferred, we can also discuss a full rent without shared accommodation.
